🌟 About the role

Lodgify is looking for a Jr People Operations Specialist to join our Human Resources Department. We’re on the lookout for a professional who really cares about people and developing a first-class working environment. As a Jr. People Operations Specialist, you will support the HR Operations team with various tasks related to onboarding, offboarding, employee relations, and different projects.

🌟 You will be in charge of:

Help manage, improve and scale various administrative processes, such as onboarding and offboarding - (contracts, social security, etc.). Manage the visas and relocation process for employees moving to our Barcelona HQ. Maintain an up-to-date employee database in our HRIS system, Personio. Own the occupational Risk prevention duties (PRL), by administering the Health and Safety plans, training, and medical examinations. Organize and carry out the language courses provided by the company and FUNDAE. Attendance control management. Help prepare and deliver contracts/annexes (new hires, contract renewals, extensions, or changes) and other HR-related documents such as sick leaves, IRPF forms, etc. Proactively provide support to the Operations team in other HR-related matters.

🌟Requirements

Have more than 1 year of experience in a similar role. Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment, like a start-up or scale-up (ideally) Fluent Spanish and English are mandatory. Have the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Be a problem solver who loves learning new things and taking on challenging tasks. Be resourceful and have the ability to work independently. Positive attitude and sense of responsibility
