What we’re looking for:
Help us grow! We’re looking for a results-oriented Paid Search Executive to help us grow our Paid Search advertising campaigns. You’ll work in a multidisciplinary team across performance marketing channels to bring in new customers to our personal and business accounts.
You’ll collaborate with our data team, our marketing engineers, our product marketers, writers, creative teams, and external agencies to help us take Monzo into our next phase of growth.
This is a 12 month fixed term contract.
What you’ll be doing:
Drive new growth for Monzo across Google Search, YouTube, Apple Search and App campaigns.
Set-up, execute and optimise for the campaigns with high attention-to-detail, focused on user acquisition and CPA.
Run daily optimisations such as SQR, budget management and ad copy changeovers.
Create reporting for the Growth Marketing team and wider business on Paid Search performance, using Google Ads data and business insights.
Contribute your own test-and-learn ideas across creative, automation and structure.
Contribute to the overall Paid Search strategy, working closely with the Senior Growth Marketing Manager.
Assist in the creation and maintenance of dashboards and weekly/monthly reports, along with contributing to wider team-based plans, presentations, and updates

The Interview Process:
Our interview process involves three main stages:
Recruiter Call (30mins)
Initial Call (30 mins)
x2 interviews via Google Meet (x2 45-60mins)
