SAP Business Consultant

And that’s why we are looking for a SAP Business Consultant! To join the Good Rebels team and help us achieve our mission through leading our SAP system integration. You will be consulting with senior management to determine our business needs, assessing the performance of our IT infrastructure, developing and deploying SAP solutions. You'll report to our IT Director.

YOUR CHALLENGE:

• 
  

• Determining business needs via consultation, business analysis, and targeted observations.

  
  

• Developing and configuring customized SAP solutions.

  
  

• Writing scripts and programs to create user-friendly interfaces and enhanced functionalities.

  
  

• Deploying SAP solutions and ensuring smooth system integration.

  
  

• Troubleshooting and resolving issues to optimize performance.

  
  

• Providing SAP system support and end-user training.

  
  

• Performing rigorous documentation of SAP processes and presenting progress reports.

  
  

• Provide technical, functional, and business expertise to support users in SAP implementations

  
  

• Develop detailed user requirements, identify system constraints, and coordinate solutions with solution architects, project managers, and document technical designs

  
  

• Analyze and document business process flows, functional and performance requirements, and system architecture

  
  

• Maintain and update project documentation, including project baselines, project plans, and SOWs

  
  

• Perform configuration activities including data modeling, data conversion, data loading, and data cleansing

  
  

• Lead and coordinate testing activities, including system testing, user acceptance testing, and system training

  
  

• Ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

• Previous experience in similar roles, ideally at an FMCG company or ahigh-growth startup.

  
  

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or similar preferred.

  
  

• At least 4 years' experience as a SAP consultant in a similar industry.

  
  

• SAP-accredited certification will be advantageous.

  
  

• Strong understanding of SAP software applications and architecture. (FIORI, SAP4H, BTP...)

  
  

• Specialization in FI module, MM module, project management, business administration, or a related field will be advantageous.

  
  

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

  
  

• Superb analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  
  

• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

  
  

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

  
  

• An analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving mindset to approach everyday challenges.

  
  

• Ability to prioritize and anticipate opportunities

  
  

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English (mandatory) and Spanish.
