We want someone to be part of our proactive membership acquisition team to help grow our membership community at Home Grown, in Marylebone.
Home Grown, is a growing ecosystem of entrepreneurs, investors and advisors who are working together to scale their businesses. We welcome members from a diverse range of sectors and industries with the aim of enabling them to grow their professional networks and scale-up their companies through collaboration with investors and like-minded individuals to share experiences and expand their networks.
Since opening in 2019 we’ve welcomed almost 2000 members and hosted over 800 member events and we’re looking for someone to join us on the next stage of our growth journey.
For this exciting role, who we are looking for:
You have a proactive and creative approach to sales.
You’re a self-starter who can own a sales pitch. You know how to take a cold sales lead and make them your best friend. As a new business we love people who bring creativity and new ideas to the table.
You seek out networking opportunities.
It’s important you enjoy meeting and presenting to new people and are confident in new situations. Building strong relationships must be part of our DNA. Interactions of all kinds comes naturally to you and you show up as your authentic self-whilst also shining a light on our club, members and opportunities.
You know how to spot a new opportunity.
You love closing a new sale and use your initiative to hunt out new opportunities. You can analyse data and research sales leads to identify potential new members.
