London, Birmingham or Manchester - 2-3 days a week in the office.

Communications Manager

to join our talented Communications team! The focus of this role is on empowering young people to make their voices heard. You will develop and deliver case studies of Trust-supported young people, key messaging, and other communications for our partners and young people, helping to build an understanding of the Trust’s work. You will have

national oversight of our work with Young Ambassadors

, who are young people that volunteer to share their experiences of being supported by The Trust with our audiences. Working closely with a network of colleagues across UK, you will maximise opportunities for our Young Ambassadors to share their stories in the media, at events and across a range of digital channels. You will also

lead on

key communications campaigns and projects

, including our Black Pound Marketplace initiative, proactively securing media coverage, shaping campaign activity and always ensuring the stories of Trust-supported young people are at the heart of everything we do. In this

unique role within the Communications team,

you will play a key part in delivering The Trust’s communications activity, reaching young people and also engaging more partners, organisations and individuals in the charity’s work to ultimately increase support for young people.
