bloomon is turning the flower industry on its head – for the better. How? You will be responsible for:

Responsible for managing the fulfillment team at the Amstelveen warehouse (HR + daily operations) Overall responsibility for complete and timely stock management for fulfillment items in the WMS Organise physical fulfillment stock efficiently and effectively Regular stock count and contact with the Procurement team Implementation of new innovations and continuous improvement of the fulfillment process together with the team and your manager Support the expedition team where needed (outbound transport) Planning of activities and people  Contact with agencies on planning and agency worker performance  Backup for the Production Manager

You

Fluent in English as well as fluent Dutch or Polish Experience in operations (3+ years) and managing a team/shift Flexibility with working hours Ability to work under pressure and have a proactive attitude  You have a driving license  You are available on a full-time basis  (working hours are 10.00-19.00, on-call Saturday). 

Nice to have:
Experience working in the flower industry Experience in working with production/logistics processes Experience in working with WMS/ERP softwareExperience in Excel/Google sheetsForklift license
