Position

The Digital Project Manager is part of the Brand Experience team and is responsible for the day-to-day management and smooth delivery of various digital content projects, working across all Jamie Oliver digital & social channels. This role is at the intersection of brand strategy, product & content marketing, communications & digital product development for all pillars of the business: Media, Product, Restaurants and Campaigning. This role will also assist in the delivery of an exciting new digital platform, a centrepiece of our new 5-year business plan.

WHAT YOU’RE HERE TO DO

  • Oversee the delivery of a cross platform content calendar & plan
  • Help oversee and coordinate a complex re-platform project with an external partner
  • Provide end-to-end project management of digital content, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to a high standard
  • Scope project requirements and prepare budget (if any external costs required)
  • Develop and communicate project plans and monitor progress
  • Highlight potential risks or delays and act proactively to resolve issues
  • Collaborate with a broad, cross-functional teams, including content strategy, creative, social media, CRM team, video production unit and insights as well as freelancers, ensuring all projects are adequately resourced
  • Work with Content Strategist, platform heads and our Insights and Data Manager to ensure all assets are delivered in correct formats and with tracking and data requirements included
  • Seek opportunities for improvement and suggest new projects and ways of working, e.g. Agile processes such as user stories, sprints, estimations & retros to drive continuous improvement across the teams 

Requirements

  • You’re familiar with different project management methodologies 
  • Strong project management experience, ideally gained in an agency or software focused company
  • You’re comfortable using PM tools like Jira, Confluence, Asana & Trello
  • You have direct experience of digital campaign delivery & building great digital customer experience
  • Experience with social media and evolving algorithms: YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn
  • Familiarity with Content Management systems 
  • Understanding of SEO and Google Analytics

  • Passionate about the digital landscape, keep abreast of emerging trends across the creative and commercial industries
