We are a tour operator organising ski holidays in Switzerland. We run a small team, with a flat structure, and are offering a job in our London office to someone who wants to get front line, hands-on experience in a truly varied role.
You will be involved with:
- Communicating with guests by email and on the phone
- Recruiting and training prospective resort staff
- Helping with staff contracts and documentation
- Assisting with strategy and planning in PR and marketing
- Arranging detailed planning of guests' trips
- Liaising with resort staff, logistics and operations
- Developing brand strategy
We are looking for someone genuinely enthusiastic about the chance to contribute to a team. You will need to be a naturally organised person, happy to turn your hand to anything with great client facing and customer service skills. An interest in travel and skiing is a bonus. Really excellent written communication skills and accuracy are both essential.
This is a great role for someone who wants insight into all areas of a business so they can make a more informed choice about what they would like to specialise in. This is in contrast to taking a role in a specific department of a bigger company with limited opportunities to see other aspects of a business.
Furthermore, there is a chance that we will take you to Switzerland on a familiarisation trip!
