We are looking for a VP of Partnerships (12 month fixed contract) to lead the Partner Success Tribe, which is made up of Partner Growth and Partner Acquisition, and whose key focus is growing, retaining and delivering value for our partners. This individual will also play a key role in developing our Media Solutions offering, which includes content placements and partner newsletters, and requires significant cross-collaboration with Brand, Product and Partner Marketing teams.

This is a highly influential role within Lyst - you will be part of the leadership team and will report directly to our Chief Partnerships Officer in London. As a passionate coach and mentor, you will lead, train and motivate two direct reports and their wider squads, whilst working closely with internal stakeholders across Partner Marketing Solutions, Monetisation, Product and Brand.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 7 years experience managing and coaching a team through best example and practices
  • Proven track record in building strategic partnerships and highly impactful commercial strategies - ideally at a luxury brand, fashion publisher or creative agency
  • Ability to set and operate within a department budget whereby you will be responsible for increasing efficiencies, maximising partner commercials and regularly forecasting the performance of your teams’ OKRs
  • Experience working with Product Owners to build partner marketing solutions, improve product positioning and develop internal growth methods, tools and results to scale our business
  • Exceptional negotiation, sales and communication skills - including presentation experience - as you will be coaching a team who is responsible for selling new products to our top partners and must be comfortable negotiating with senior management
  • Advanced analytical skills and a track record of taking data-informed decisions in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment
  • A target motivated professional as you must be able to deliver against short term immediate and long term strategic goals whilst motivating your teams to do so, too.
  • Availability to travel for face-to-face partner visits (seasonal and when safe to do so) across Europe
