Sweep is looking for a Sales Intern, tasked with supporting our team in driving Sweep's growth engine by fostering relationships with prospective clients and turning them into satisfied customers.

Ok, sounds interesting. What will I be doing?

Our ideal candidate is a motivated individual with an interest in both business and technical conversations, eager to learn and grow in a complex and evolving industry.

You are eager to understand the buyer journey and assist in multifaceted selling in a consultative manner.

You are intrigued by the challenge of creating value in an emerging market and are excited about learning a tool that requires a deep understanding of the product, and technical knowledge.

You are keen to assist in prospecting, supporting compelling proposals, and understanding the sales cycle from start to finish.

Finally, you are willing to contribute to the development of the sales process, understanding our value proposition, and the creation of key tools and assets.

To be more specific, this includes:

1. Support Sweep’s customer base in France and beyond 🤝

  • Assist in acquiring new Sweep customers in France and across Europe
  • Support consistent growth by identifying revenue opportunities within our established client base

2. Contribute to delivering value to our customers 🌱

  • Collaborate with the sales engineering and success teams to ensure that Sweep customers love our tool, and achieve real emission reductions
  • Stay updated on evolving ESG industry trends, to propose related solutions to our customers

3. Assist in scaling and improving our sales process 📈

  • Support in managing the data of our clients in our CRM and collaborate with our Marketing and SDR team to qualify leads
  • Assist in developing outbound strategies to create and nurture opportunities

4. Help build our network and ensure that Sweep is top-of-mind 📣

  • Work closely with the marketing, success and brand team to establish Sweep as a leading provider in carbon management and climate action
  • Assist in hosting events, webinars and trainings to introduce Sweep to new audiences
  • Become an active contributor to the climate scene.

Qualifications 🏆

  • Interest in Sales, Marketing, or a related field
  • Enrolled in or recently graduated from a related Bachelor's or Master's program
  • Eager to learn and develop skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of CSR and climate change is a clear plus
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Fluent in French and English
