About the team...

The Growth Marketing team focuses on driving new member acquisition, retention, and revenue growth through a variety of marketing channels, data analysis, and experimentation. Our goal is to help more people discover and understand the benefits of ZOE while continuously identifying opportunities to improve our member’s experience through engagement strategies and  journey optimisations. We collaborate with other teams such as Brand Marketing, Product, and Data Science to develop and implement data-driven strategies that drive growth.

What you'll do...

Create mobile video ads that engage millions of people in the UK and US. Become a creative expert in Health Ads: benchmark what our competitors do, and experiment with new ideas. Develop a deep understanding of how your creations perform and why. Upload ads to the relevant ad accounts for testing. Work closely with our growth team, our performance marketers, and the internal creators. Develop creative assets using a proven ability in the areas of narrative and conceptual (crafting stories and building brands). Write compelling scripts for TikTok ad creative. Work with our members and external creators, including providing constructive feedback, managing creative assets production, and pushing the visual experience further.

Fully proficient with video editing and content creation Creative and have a hacker mindset Understand how your creations drive marketing performance Creative mind and storytelling skills with a positive personality & high attention to detail Have had a previous viral TikTok video (1M + views) Previous experience with motion graphics / how to shoot a video Mastery of the Adobe Creative Suite or any equivalent
