Requirements
Role Overview 📝
We are looking for a talented and ambitious Warehouse Associate that will be based at our depot. The Associate will work four days a week, either on a morning shift (starting 6am) or a mid-shift (starting 2pm). The Warehouse Associate will be a part of our high-functioning Live Operations team and will be responsible for the handling and sorting of parcels, charging of vehicles and general maintenance of our depot. You will be a key member of our team and will need too be able to work in a fast-paced environment with good people skills.
No specific education/GCSE is required but you need to be fully reliable, hard-working and willing to go the extra mile to support the growth of our business. Previous operations or warehouse experience is a plus but not required for this role. However, you will will need to be physically fit and able to load multiple parcels of up to 30kg into a van.
Please note that this a shift-based role, meaning that the days you work will vary each week, You will typically work 5x 9h shifts or 3-4x 12h shifts. The shifts will cover the period from 7am to 11pm.
