The ideal candidate will have experience and passion to drive new business, and communicate compelling business reasons to work with Tessian to potential customers. The successful candidate will have SDR Experience with the ability to adapt to change quickly, thrive in start-up environment and bring a sense of creativity for prospecting.
Bring knowledge of Productivity tools such as: Salesloft, Salesforce, Zoominfo, LI Navigator to qualify prospects thru outbound prospecting.
60-80% outbound prospecting to Ideal Customer Profile of Target accounts in a Geo based region
Research target accounts to align with Tessian’s Ideal Customer Profile: utilizing resources such as Zoominfo Intent model
Manage the account profiling process, which includes understanding the prospects business needs and use cases and communicating the value proposition to prospects
Time Management skills to maintain follow up with prospective customers
Pass qualified leads to Sales Team members
Consistently achieve and exceed individual meeting and KPI metrics
Coach/Train entry SDRs on the productivity tools installed
Travel to events when needed
Consistent Quota achievement of introductory meetings completed for sales team.
Consistent Quota achievement of introductory meetings that convert to new opportunities for the sales pipeline.
Knowledge of productivity tools such as: Salesforce, Salesloft, LI Navigator, Zoominfo
2+ years of Sales Development experience
A positive attitude and strong personal integrity
Self-motivation with an innate desire to achieve stated goals/targets
Disciplined and well organized
Strong written and verbal communication skills
