To achieve and surpass agreed personal and team targets through effective selling existing and sourcing new business opportunities for JA The Resort.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Attend and participate in any meetings (department, communications, etc.) as and when required.
- Sell all JA The Resort to local corporate accounts.
- Identify and manage sales opportunities in the local market.
- Sell the conference centre at The Resort, facilities and special offers in the local market.
- Coordinate with Banquet Operation Team for delivering conference and events as promised
- To work during the events as and when required and requested by HOD.
- To present monthly reports detailing activities undertaken, revenue generated and future plans in line with departmental budget.
- Remain up to date with local and regional developments
- Always be aware of occupancy levels forecasts
- Develop a coherent plan for each of your key corporate clients
- Provide clear and precise written communications to your clients and colleagues.
Experience and Skills
- High school/College or equivalent
- Diploma in Business Management (or related)
- 1 to 3 years’ experience in UAE
- Microsoft Office
