We’re looking for a passionate, performance-driven marketing manager to join our growing Marketing & Community team at Founders Forum Group. As FF Group expands its offering to support more entrepreneurs at every stage of their journeys, we are seeking a data-driven marketer to own and optimise our digital marketing practice and facilitate a range of multi-channel campaigns across email, social media, search, and display, whilst owning event marketing deliverables for our flagship forums, fringe events, and bespoke sponsored dinners.

This superstar marketer will maintain and promote our Founders Forum Group website and collaborate closely with our editorial team to market our Founders Insights content available on our blog, app, and community channels. They will also work closely with marketing leads across Founders Forum Group businesses, amplifying these organisations’ campaign messaging across FFG’s owned, earned, and paid channels.

Our Marketing Manager will contribute to and execute on the Founders Forum Group marketing strategy, launching new ventures across networking & events, education, professional services, investment, and philanthropy, whilst playing an integral role in the branding, marketing, and communications around our flagship forums in Singapore, London, New York, and Berlin.

Responsibilities will include:

Email Marketing:

  • Work closely with our Community team and CRM Manager to execute end-to-end campaigns for new and existing community members as we launch new flagship events and drive VIP attendance at our existing events

Social Media:

  • Develop and execute on FF Group’s social media strategy, and deliver against a high-impact content calendar that leverages FF Group’s key social media channels (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Threads, YouTube) to increase community engagement and grow our multi-channel audience
  • Launch FF Group’s TikTok channel as a lead-generative channel targeting aspiring entrepreneurs from younger demographics

Website:

  • Continually update the FF Group website rolling out perennial website updates via our CMS (WordPress), working closely with our Editor to continually optimise SEO
  • Hone SEM strategy to drive new leads to the FF Group website
  • Track website traffic to FF Group businesses via Google Analytics and devise tactics for growing traffic to each FF Group business website

Reporting:

  • Compile insights from Google Analytics, Salesforce, Pardot, LinkedIn, and Meta Business Suite into a monthly marketing report, tracking progress against KPIs and providing actionable insights for ongoing optimisation

Events:

  • Work closely with our events team to deliver a cohesive brand experience onsite at FF events
  • Work closely with photographers and videographers to capture content across FF events and produce event marketing collateral including our highlights videos, executive summaries, photo galleries, and PDFs
  • Work closely with FF Group’s partnerships team and our partners to ensure co-branded marketing materials are developed in alignment with FF brand guidelines and distributed on-time, according to brief
  • Work closely with FF Group’s partnerships team to create compelling pitch decks for commercial pitches and proposals

Brand:

  • Propel the evolution of the FF Group brand and website, managing our creative agency partners day-to-day

Strategy & Planning:

  • Support the development of the FF Group marketing strategy and own the marketing calendar for Founders Forum Group events and businesses whilst supporting on go-to-market strategies for new business ventures within FF Group

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years campaign marketing experience
  • Proven track record delivering on marketing KPIs, growing audiences and ushering leads through various stages of the marketing funnel
  • Seasoned social media marketer, with experience across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok
  • Curious self-starter who begins by asking why, then connects the dots and takes initiative to drive impactful results
  • Clear and confident communicator, comfortable dealing with a number of stakeholders, internal and external, managing competing deadlines and remaining organised to deliver against a strategy
  • Excellent time management skills and sharp attention to detail
  • Experience managing a website via a CMS such as WordPress or equivalent
  • Experience using a CRM system to collect and leverage audience insights to optimise community growth and engagement (Salesforce experience an asset)
  • Robust email marketing experience with a platform like Pardot, Marketo, SendinBlue or equivalent (Pardot experience an asset)
  • Dedicated and diligent team player with a positive, can-do attitude
  • Active interest in tech, startups, and entrepreneurship
  • Disruptor: always looking for how things can be improved and never settling for good enough
  • Creative problem solving and reasoning abilities with the ability to adapt to evolving business needs and objectives
  • Strong relationship management skills with multiple teams, with fantastic communication and organisational skills
