Stock Controller

bloomon is turning the flower industry on its head – for the better. How? By disrupting the traditional supply chain, where most florists operate offline and have done for decades. bloomon creates seasonal collections using unusual stems to deliver unique flower arrangements on repeat or as a unique gift. We always use field-fresh high-quality flowers straight from the grower and deliver them to our customers through a high-tech and highly creative platform.

You will be responsible for:

Responsible for managing and organizing the stock at our warehouse Overall responsibility for the complete and timely stock management for all the items in our Warehouse Management System (WHS) Organise physical fulfillment stock efficiently and effectively Perform regular stock count  Check the quality and quantity of inbound goods Assign and maintain stock locations (digital and physical) Support other departments with ad-hoc requests on stock  Key user of the WMS Support and back up to the Expedition Supervisor on outbound when needed (covering for sickness, holidays, etc.)

You

Fluent in English (speaking Polish and/or Dutch is a plus) You have multiple years of experience in a warehouse environment You are available on a full-time basis You are flexible with working hours (possible to work early or late occasionally) You have a driver's license You are precise, have attention to detail, and are able to bring structure  You’re comfortable working digitally (with computers, devices, excel, etc.)  Forklift license Experience in working with WMS/ERP/IMS software
