Fullstack Engineer

Join the Climate Vanguard! Sweep is hiring Fullstack Engineers to supercharge our enterprise program software.

Ok, sounds promising. What will I be doing?

As an integral part of our engineering team, you'll help build our innovative SaaS tool that enables companies to measure, track, and reduce their greenhouse gas emissions. You'll also contribute to the Sweep marketplace, a platform that allows companies to invest in cutting-edge climate solutions.

More specifically, this includes:

1. Evolve the core product 🌱

You will participate in every stage of the development life-cycle, from design to production. You will implement end-to-end features from data models to back-end and UI development, ensuring a seamless user experience.

2. Be a team player 👫

You will actively participate in team meetings, review and provide feedback on pull requests and code changes, and collaborate on the technical design of significant features.

3. Act as infrastructure guardian  ⚙️

You will build, set up, and maintain our development tools and infrastructure, automate and improve development and release processes, and ensure that our systems are secure and resilient against cybersecurity threats.

4. Pursue quality 🔍

You will make incremental, well-tested changes and improve and extend the QA processes.

That sounds just right for me. What do I need to bring?

Glad you asked. This is who we’re looking for:

Qualifications 🏆

• 2+ years of experience as a software developer in either frontend or backend development
• Proficiency in at least one programming language such as TypeScript, Ruby, Python, Scala
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities with minimal supervision
• You hold a Master's/Engineer's degree in computer science
