⭐ Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to proactively manage and retain a portfolio of some our most valuable hosts. This will be a fully remote role, where you will manage our UK portfolio. The successful candidate will work closely with our High Value Host Manager to support client success, conduct on-site property visits, and collaborate with our operations team to ensure our hosts receive the best-in-class service. Additionally, the role will involve:
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts, serving as their primary point of contact and advocate within the company.
- Possessing a deep commercial understanding of the local market and identifying opportunities to maximise revenue and occupancy growth for high-value accounts.
- Developing and implementing a 12-month flexible letting strategy for each host, taking into account short and long-term rentals, pricing strategies, seasonality, and occupancy rates.
- Conducting regular business reviews with high-value hosts to monitor performance against their account plan, identify areas for improvement, and optimise property listings to increase host revenue.
- Building data-driven case studies to inform and influence high-value hosts and identify best practices.
- Collaborating with the High Value Host Manager to ensure onboarding of new high-value hosts and expansion of the existing portfolio.
- Providing feedback and suggestions to improve processes, technology, or training to better serve our high-value hosts.
The ideal candidate will have:
- At least 3 years of experience in account management, hospitality, property management, or a related field.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for providing excellent customer service.
- A proactive and results-driven mindset.
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Compensation: 25-29k ZAR (plus OTE)
