What is the role?

As Digital Designer at Hunter & Gather, you will play a crucial role in translating our brand vision into engaging and impactful digital assets. You'll be responsible for conceptualising and executing visual solutions for our digital platforms. This includes creating engaging designs and assets for our website, emails, social media, and other digital properties.

In this role, you'll leverage your creative flair and technical acumen to help us tell our brand story and promote our products in a way that is visually compelling and resonates with our audience. You'll be an integral part of a dynamic team that is passionate about improving the health and wellbeing of the world.

Key details

• Full time Mon – Fri

• 37.5-hour week

• 33 days leave (inc. bank holidays)

• Flexi start time (Core business hours 10-4)

• Hybrid: WFH up to 3 days per week

Reporting to: Head of Brand Marketing 

Experience required 


• Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Graphic Design, Digital Media or related field 

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign)

• Experience designing for a variety of digital platforms (Website, emails, Social Media)

• Experience of web design in Klaviyo 

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver on deadlines


• Knowledge of UI/UX Principles

• Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify and Amazon 

• Ability to work independently 

• Ability to create, document and implement processes on Asana or other Project Management tools

• Appreciation of ancestral influenced lifestyles such as Keto, Paleo, Low Carb, Carnivore

• A foodie – we love a good grass-fed British Tomahawk

Key Responsibilities?

1. Design digital assets: Create and manage a suite of digital assets, including emails, web assets, Amazon assets, and social media assets.

2. Klaviyo: Be the lead designer for all emails, SMS & Push notifications 

3. Print Design: Design and create leaflets from a brief from wider marketing team.

4. Maintain brand consistency: Ensure that all assets adhere to our brand guidelines, maintaining a consistent and recognisable brand identity across all platforms.

5. Collaborate with team: Work closely with our Brand, Growth and Sales teams to generate creative ideas and solutions to briefs.

6. Responsive design: Create designs that are responsive and optimised for a variety of devices and channels.

7. Stay ahead of trends: Keep up-to-date with the latest digital design trends and technologies to keep our brand relevant and engaging.
