What you will be doing?

This is a leading role, driving forward delivery of our ambitious partnerships strategy. It will develop and own the Grants, Trusts and Foundations Fundraising Strategy, looking to diversify and build resilience into our funding streams. It will build and maintain strategic, high value partnerships with a range of supporters including statutory bodies, Trusts and Foundations and other grant makers and support development of a new Major Gift Strategy.

We’re looking for an exceptional individual, capable of playing a leading role in seizing new opportunities with grant makers, trusts and foundations, major donors and emerging new funders such as green investors.

The crises of climate change, biodiversity loss and public health demand an urgent response from all sectors of society and the next decade will see significant new investment in nature.

Plantlife is leading the charge and in partnership with others we’re directly facilitating the protection and restoration of some of our most precious natural spaces. But we need to do more and do it faster. We have an ambitious strategy to grow our impact and an equally ambitious fundraising strategy to grow our income in a sustainable and resilient way through enduring partnerships.
