About the team...

The Operations team is responsible for the execution and success of our members throughout their testing experience. This team covers all backend operations from order to results delivery; including inventory & fulfilment, vendor management & performance, and testing data analysis. We bridge the gap between member expectations and lived experience. Our team is innovative, driven and passionate about ZOE’s mission to improve the health of millions.

About the role...

We’re looking for a process-driven leader to manage a team across varied Operations functions, solve complex challenges, and help shape a scalable operations team. You’ll be responsible for managing day-to-day operations of our testing product; increasing our efficiency, streamlining process, and helping scale ZOE’s operations to meet growing demand.

Responsible for Operations capacity planning in collaboration with marketing, service and analytics teams Serving as escalation point for operational issues and driving resolutions with robust mitigation strategies and creatively solving complex issues Monitoring and analysing key operational metrics to assess operational performance, identify trends, and propose actionable solutions for improvement Overseeing the development and implementation of standard operating procedures to streamline workflows and ensure consistency in operations Championing our value of “understanding our members”, and be a voice for them in our planning and decision making across operations Leading Operations professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the organisation Building strong cross functional relationships across ZOE to ensure alignment and cooperation in achieving company goals and objectives.

You have strong management skills, providing guidance, mentorship, and feedback You’re a confident communicator, experienced working with stakeholders across all levels of an organisation You’re able to facilitate impactful change in cross functional teams You have proven experience in operations management You’re a confident leader, focused on data driven decision making to benefit the business  You’re able to manage through ambiguity, stress, adversity, and conflict to establish focus and deliver against business goals You’re experienced in building, developing and managing a team You’re collaborative, positive, people-oriented and enthusiastic You have technical experience using BigQuery and SQL.
