An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a fast-growing challenger brand in the food industry - Joe & Seph's Gourmet Popcorn - reporting directly into one of the business' co-founders.
Working across all channels ranging from bars and pubs to 5* hotels to independent farm shops to large retailers across multiple countries, it's an exciting role for someone who wants variety and the opportunity to learn and work across different customers!
Joe & Seph's are the fastest growing popcorn brand, proud to have won the Queens Award, Grocer Gold Award, 80+ Great Taste Awards and many more. We are looking for a dedicated and passionate individual looking to take the next step in their career.
We're a fun team of only 15 people in the office but a further 55 who produce, pack and distribute our popcorn at our own Popcorn HQ in North West London. You will want to take a giant leap in responsibility and be a part of a fast growing but small business where the role and opportunity is as big as you want it to be.
What will you be DOING?
- We are looking for a commercial, passionate and driven individual to join our small sales team of 4 people. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a dynamic and fun business at a time of significant growth. You'll thrive and be energised when making outbound calls or when meeting face to face with customers, ensuring they have the best Joe & Seph's range possible!
- This varied Sales position will take responsibility for some of Joe & Seph's accounts and leads across all channels ranging from bars, cinemas and hotels to farm shops & delis Worldwide
1. Grow our existing accounts sales: Be the lead on lots of customer accounts across multiple channels worldwide
2. New business development: Grow the number of customers who stock Joe & Seph's from your desk, from visiting customers and from attending trade shows across the UK & Europe!
3. Best in class trade marketing: Working with the marketing team to deliver the best possible activation of our brand in our flagship stores
4. Customer Relationships: Build strong customer relationships across their businesses including buying, supply chain and operations.
What SKILLS or KNOWLEDGE do you need to have?
- Sales/Account management experience with 1 - 3 years experience ideally in a food or drink business
- Good commercial and communication skills, and excellent at relationship building
- Strong attention to detail and a team player, with the ability to work well in a small team.
- Confident with making outbound phone calls and meeting customers face to face

- Reports to Co-founder & Commercial Director
