We are Not On The High Street

We believe the big things should be celebrated – hard. Milestone birthdays, mates getting hitched, new pads… But we also love making a big deal about the small things, too.

We’re home to 5,000+ phenomenal small creative businesses that we are proud to call our Partners. So we’re doing all we can to shine a light on these dynamic entrepreneurs, waving the flag for small businesses and generally championing their socks off.

On top of our brilliant Partners, products, and customers (not to mention our incredible team), we have seen some really amazing recent changes. We’ve rebranded (check out the new site and app), have a whole host of new products and as well as that, Leanne Rothwell, with NOTHS for over 10 years, was honoured to take over as CEO to drive the next era at NOTHS.

We are now looking to build on this momentum to drive our business to the next level. And that’s where you come in.

We’re a team of 150 or so who all thrive in roles that make an impact and a difference and we are looking for like-minded people.

You’re laser-focused when it comes to the task at hand. You’re not afraid to make big decisions and take some risks. You have a positive attitude to learn if things don’t go to plan and re-iterate to get your idea working. You’re a team player willing to lift others up and collaborate.

If this applies to you then we are the right fit for you, our perks and benefits are at the bottom of the description but if you want to know more about the role itself read on.

Purpose

As the Senior Manager - Insights & Analytics, you will lead a team responsible for ensuring the business understands the drivers of performance in commercial and strategic decision-making, trade, initiatives and product roadmap by using insights from internal and external data points. You will also manage a team of 3 people to deliver high-standard and impactful insights, reporting and a general understanding of the key metrics that drive the business and our customers.

The role partners closely with the Snr Commercial Finance Manager and Head of Marketing. More broadly this role plays a major part in the cross-functional trading team to support our ambitious trading goals, planning our trading activities and supporting commercial teams on the range side, marketing on the customer front and Tech & Product with great CX insights.

You will demonstrate a passion for turning data into information, with a natural curiosity for what makes an e-commerce business tick and a belief that great insight leads to thoughtful decisions making. This role is therefore the go-to for opportunities and challenges that the company faces and the go-to for market, category, competitive and customer insights with a direct aim to drive profitable growth.

You will partner with stakeholders across leadership to identify opportunities to drive incrementality and develop plans that support short and long-term results. Ultimately, your role is to influence the business in maximising its sales, revenue and profit potential through exceptional insights.

Ultimately you will be ensuring timely, accurate and collaborative delivery of reporting, and insight leads that enable the business and leads and customer outcomes.

There is a real opportunity for the right candidate to make this role their own. Reporting directly to the CFO, the right candidate will act as a coach-player with ample independence to drive change. Ensuring the Insights & Analytics team is set up for success and to partner with the wider business, whilst managing their own projects and working closely alongside leadership.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field; advanced degree preferred.

  • Good knowledge of performance marketing digital channels, comfortable with Multi-Touch Attribution models (MTA) or other forms of digital ad tracking is key

  • Collaborative Spirit: A team player with excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
  • Passion for Creativity: Enthusiasm for our mission of celebrating creativity and individuality through exceptional products.
