🦸 Who you are:
We need a motivated B2B Partnerships Executive who has planning and logistics down to a tee, enjoys creating and delivering excellent guest experiences and has proven financial acumen. Join a team of travel industry experts on our mission to be the best active travel company for our guests to book with as well as for operators to partner with.
🔍 About the role:
- Location: Cotswolds with option for hybrid/remote/flexible working
- Pay: starting at £35,000 (depending on experience)
- Full-time
✅ Main responsibilities:
- Ability to work as a collaborative team player with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A minimum of three years of professional experience.
- Willingness to travel.
- Proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a fast paced environment.
- Manage our selected operator accounts by representing your team externally with clients and internally by working with direct reports.
- Manage day-to-day client communication and ongoing relationships as it relates to current, new and upcoming products.
- Manage operator input and feedback for all projects with detailed direction and timelines
- Develop a thorough understanding of the clients’ product and manage suppliers, hotels and wider hospitality landscape, as required.
- As necessary, attend trade shows and other industry events to capitalise on networking and relationship-building opportunities.
- Proactively remain connected to clients and the ever-changing travel market to access new opportunities.
- Have a clear understanding of our competitors and global travel market – following and analysing trends to inform existing and new marketing development and share key insight with the team.
- Copywriting experience (marketing or editorial).
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including excel, word, PPT and Outlook.
