As Karma Kitchen has grown, we have begun to serve the full range of businesses from tiny start-ups to high street brands. They may need space for different reasons, but the one thing they all share is a commitment to building better environments for their businesses and teams to thrive in.
Karma Kitchen, is there to make everyone who works in food feel special. It offers the kind of workplace that’s usually reserved for people in tech or media, to teams that may have had less than ideal work environments before.
Here's the story of where we are now:
We've been operational since 2018 and in that time we've opened five large sites, each with about 30 kitchens in them. As we've grown we've realised that our niche is in supporting large businesses find space they need to grow. 60%+ of our client base are catering providers and are manufacturing food using our sites.
Karma Kitchen focusses on providing high quality workspace that's flexible, beautiful and easy to get started in. We offer the best range of services and the best quality kitchens of our competitors. We're super hands on in managing our sites and we really do take care of almost everything for the businesses we work with.
As we've grown we've tried hard to build an ecosystem of different businesses within the same space. Businesses who work together and get to know each other, using each other as suppliers and support.
We're growing to around 15 sites in the UK over the next few years and moving into European markets by 2025.

What's it like to work at Karma Kitchen?
Karma Kitchen is an inclusive workspace, people have the freedom to be themselves here. It's a small team, so we focus on performance and results and we all work closely together to execute on complex projects.
We're a company that's all about the bottom line, our sites reach profitability within the first year of operation and this is achieved through careful cost control and ambitious targets.
Uniquely, Karma Kitchen is fully office or site based. That means we ask you to be either in the office or at a site five days a week. We know...this sounds really weird, we also start work together at 8:30am, have lunch together as a team every day from 12-1pm and leave the office together at 5:30pm.
Every day we eat together with our sister company who cooks the food for us Karma Cans.
The reason we are in the office each day, is so that people who need to be on-site to do their jobs have the full support of other team members as they go through their day. It helps us all feel connected with one another.
We know that this lack of flexibility may be a little out of the ordinary, but for us it means friends at work, and a supportive environment. That's not to say that in some circumstances we can't be flexible, especially for parents or carers, we can work with you to build a plan that works.
This job is listed between £42-50,000 p/an and includes 29 holiday days (including bank holidays) and free lunch every day.
