About the role

The Senior Lead Coach, EMEA is a new role that is primarily based in the UK and includes some travel. We have the privilege of working with clients from every industry across the world, helping them to transform culture and behaviour. You will be responsible for delivering MindGym sessions to mainly senior leadership audiences within our client companies.

As well as delivering for our clients, you will also work closely with our freelance Coach Network. You will act as a support and lead to:

• Deliver MindGym training to corporate audiences, face-to-face and online in the UK, Europe and sometimes the rest of the world!
• Help them prepare new material or plan tricky deliveries,
• Cascade information about the content/client/delivery scenario to assist other coaches in their own delivery.

You will also:

• Represent our wider coach pool and feed back insights from the client, and participants gained during facilitation/coaching sessions so that the project team can continue to improve the material and overall delivery experience.
• Role model MindGym’s coaching methodology to certify and train other coaches.
• Observe other MG coaches in action and give guidance around how to apply our MindGym methodology and more general coach/facilitation feedback to improve overall effectiveness.

Eventually, you may also be certifying coaches within client organisations and working with our Sales and Client Delivery Teams to deliver pitches and pilot sessions to new clients. In addition, you may be asked to partner with our Solutions team for any CI projects on the current portfolio, as well as on the creation of new material.

About you

• UK based.
• Happy to do some travel across Europe, sometimes further.
• It is essential that you are very experienced with facilitation and coaching to Senior Leadership audiences; C-suite, Top 250 leaders, EVP, VP levels.
• The ability to use an extensive portfolio of case studies which will resonate with senior-level audiences.
• A background or interest in psychology and/or behavioural science. You will be required to quickly learn and apply psychology and behavioural science-based models and articulate them clearly and in a way that audiences will understand and learn from.
• Incredibly comfortable with public speaking and leading sessions for small and large groups of senior leaders both virtually and in person
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to impact, inspire, captivate and motivate senior leadership audiences quickly.
• Enjoy delivering in a dynamic and enthusiastic way.
• Experience in holding senior leadership positions within a large organisation is desired.
• If you have accreditation and experience delivering 1:1 coaching, both virtual and face-to-face, it will be an advantage, but not essential.
