As our Operations Associate at Runway East, you'll serve as a central point of contact and support for all site teams across our locations and contribute to the company's development and expansion efforts. You’ll be motivated to make things better, and your eye for detail will enable you to evolve and improve the efficiency of our product, getting projects completed.
Facility and Asset Management:
- Co-ordinate site maintenance for optimal performance.
- Maintain & procure suppliers & contractors for cost-effective, quality results.
- Champion health and safety, compliance and sustainability initiatives.
Process Improvements:
- Standardise operational processes for efficiency.
- Develop clear documentation and training materials.
- Drive continuous improvement.
General Company Support:
- Supporting the business wherever it is needed, coming up with effective solutions to address challenges.
- Working on various projects to support company growth.
Requirements
Who you Are:
- Previous experience in operations support or facilities management is advantageous.
- Outstanding organisational skills with exceptional level of detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations and compliance standards.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
- Proficiency in using office software (e.g. Microsoft Office, Google Suite).
- A positive attitude, teamwork mentality, and a passion for helping others

£30,000 - £35,000, depending on experience
