- Enable the business to make decisions based on data driven insights by collating and analysing information from multiple sources and providing a logical and coherent story.
- Build dashboards and maintain reports with metrics to help the business understand and optimise the programme, marketing activity and product development through a member-centric lens.
- Work with the team to deliver analytical projects to understand loyalty, value, lifecycle, cross-group and omnichannel engagement.
- Carry out ad hoc analysis and communicate findings in a concise and timely manner.
What you’ll need
- Experience in a similar role, or perhaps you may come from a BI Analyst or BI Developer position.
- Visualisation fundamentals & tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
- Experience building dashboards that enable business users to answer their own questions.
- The ability to communicate complex results in a way that is easy for a variety of stakeholders to understand.
- Experience running analysis to answer business questions by data mining, quantitative and statistical analysis with large volume customer data and/or web/app behavioural data.
- Proficient coding skills in SQL (Python advantageous but not essential)
- Initiative & curiosity - something doesn’t look right in the numbers? Why is that?
- Good commercial acumen and understanding of how to link business objectives to measurable KPIs and project briefs.
