Graphic Designer

We want to create bags that inspire people to get out and Do.More. Each bag is built to be used all day, every day. For daily commuters, gym-goers, weekender escapers, all-weather cyclists and frequent flyers.

Combining functionality, comfort and performance, without compromising on style, our range makes travelling easy. With carefully considered materials, compartments, straps and features, each bag has been thoughtfully designed to last for years to come. 

We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer to take Stubble & Co’s brand identity to the next level. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, open-minded and skilled in every step of the design process, from concept to final deliverable.

Key responsibilities:

• Conceptualising and building Ads for all social platforms

• Build email layout so they are ready to send when required

• Strong commercial awareness to support with the website design and upgrades

• Have a clear understanding of our brand guidelines and apply across all assets

• Assist in designing content for Instagram and Facebook

• Coming up with creative concepts with support from the marketing team

• Collaborate with all teams to elevate our brand identity and online presence

• Support with product, packaging and point of sale branding

What we’re looking for:

• Previous Graphic Design experience or a degree equivalent

• Confident in using the Adobe Suite - particularly InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Premiere Pro

• Video and animation knowledge is desirable

• Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills

• Knowledge of all social media platforms would be beneficial

• Outstanding attention to detail

• Excellent communication skills

• Appreciation for tone of voice and brand identity

• Willingness to work collaboratively within a growing team

• A proactive self-starter

• Energetic, positive and ambitious character

• Experience in working to deadlines, juggling multiple projects and being flexible in a fast-paced dynamic company

Salary: Competitive (based on experience)

Hours: Flexible working, based on 40hrs per week + core working hours between 10:00am - 4:00 pm

Location: Hybrid, we work from our head office in London a minimum of two days per week

Term: Permanent
