We're looking for a highly credible, brand-aligned UK-based health professional and ambassador community lead to grow our community programs. We are looking for a strategic understanding of how to grow a community within natural health and/or the footwear industry, and will play a leading role in growing the Vivobarefoot brand.

The role will manage the UK, EU & APAC regional community programs.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

• 
  
• Managingour existing community of health practitioners, doctors, personal trainersand physiotherapists in the UK, EU & APAC.
  

• 
  
• Workingwith the Head of Community on strategic growth plan for UK, Germany, EU& APAC – then executing the plan.
  

• 
  
• Primaryfocus will be building our health pro and performance network whilst alsoacting as support/evolution lead for 2 community team members based in UKand Germany.
  

• ThePro network will focus on growing online and offline health pro’s as wellcommunity based outdoor profiles.

• 
  
• Supportingthe Health team activate their global coaching network, sourcing workshop,webinar and coaching opportunities for them.
  

• 
  
• Trackingconversions of Vivo pro network, and then sign up to the communityprogram.
  

• 
  
• Onboardingnew members to the community.
  

• 
  
• Settingup and managing all email and communications related to the management ofthe community.
  

• 
  
• Managementof community tools, such as Discord, email and tracking tools
  
  
  
• Overseeingthe rewards and incentives for the community.
  

• 
  
• Reportingback to the business on the health of the community networks, sharinginsightful data and insights.
  

• 
  
• Attendingkey events in the calendar year.
  

• 
  
• Creatingonline and offline events to engage Health professionals, performance andoutdoor communities.
  

WHAT WE'D LOVE TO SEE FROM YOU

• You’rehave experience & network in the Health & Education and Sports, NaturalHealth & outdoor space.

• Youhave managed regional community programs in the past.
  

• 
  
• Youare interested and willing in attending and doing face to face networkingwith our external community.

• Youhave a minimum of several years’ experience.
  

• 
  
• Previousexperience managing ambassadors and professionals in Vivo-relatedindustries.
  

• Akiller book of contacts, with a great awareness of who could be fantasticadditions to the community.

• Youhave an excellent understanding of and/or you’re an advocate for thehealth benefits of barefoot shoes and natural health.

• Adeep-rooted passion for the outdoors and nature.

• This is a full time position.

• This role is UK-Based and we are mostly working flexibly from home in and meeting up in person as each team requires. You will be required to attend a few in-person days each month - please feel free to reach out to us if you'd like further information on this!
