You will deliver online sessions (webinars or live events), create competitions and conversation-starters to encourage discussion, and deliver ongoing activities like book clubs and monthly challenges. You will also promote the paid elements of the community in collaboration with our marketing team, and deliver coaching and learning to those who sign up for these programmes.
To succeed in this role you should have excellent communication and creativity skills, along with high levels of emotional intelligence. You will be the main driving force behind our young community, so you should be comfortable working on your own initiative, coming up with ideas and executing on them with the support of the wider team.
Success in this role will see you building a vibrant group of engaged entrepreneurs, who are supporting each other to build dynamic, successful and sustainable businesses. Roles and responsibilities
- This role will primarily be working on Entrepreneurial Spark’s Evolve Accelerator.
- Deliver engaging interventions for entrepreneurs in line with Entrepreneurial Spark’s principles, and centred around our new Evolution Map. These might include webinars, live interviews, podcasts, group coaching or book clubs.
- Source new material, ideas and methods to create new sessions and interventions for delivery linked to the Evolution Map.
- Design and set up activities, chats and posts in our online community to keep people coming back and interacting.
- Plan, create and deliver communications to the community members to keep them abreast of the exciting developments and support available to them.
- Work with our marketing team to create comms and lead funnels to encourage the uptake of paid elements of Evolve, which include 30-day challenges and 3-month accelerators.
- Working with the wider team, establish, test and deliver the paid elements of Evolve (mainly coaching and workshops based around our Evolution Map).
- Review, manage and summarise engagement data in conjunction with the marketing team for reporting to the leadership team.
- Maintain activity and project plans to ensure that our community activities align with the business resources and are co-ordinated with marketing campaigns.

The Package
- This is an initial 6-month fixed term contract on 3 days per week, with the opportunity to extend both working hours and contract term if successful.
- £45,000-£50,000 FTE salary, depending on experience (£27,000-£30,000 p.a. for 3 days).
- £75 monthly wellbeing allowance to spend on your physical, mental and emotional wellbeing.
- 28 days holiday FTE allowance (17 days per year for a 3-day per week contract) + bank holidays
- Statutory pension scheme, mobile phone and laptop will be provided if required.
Location
This is a virtual role, but some of our Accelerator events are in-person. In some cases, we would like you to be able to attend our Accelerator events including Trajectory events - all UK based. We also hold team meetings once a quarter and would like you to join these meetings. All travel and accommodation will be covered for the above events and meetings.
