The Role

Developing a world class attraction to onboarding experience for both candidates and hiring managers, you will be responsible for the candidate and employee journey from application through to the first thirty days. As a member of the people team, you’ll also be taking ownership of parts of the employee experience, including socials and in-house events. This is the perfect opportunity for an established Talent Partner or agency recruiter looking to explore a hybrid, in house role at an ambitious scale up.

You will be:

  • Leading on recruitment across all teams, up to and including senior manager level, ensuring both a great hiring manager and candidate experience.
  • Taking an active role in driving and supporting Company culture by coordinating team socials and regularly gathering feedback and finding new ways to bring teams together.
  • Owning the Company onboarding for all new joiners to set them up for success and make them feel welcome from day 1.
  • Ensuring both the individual and manager are regularly updated, processes are streamlined and all administration is completed for each new hire.
  • Partnering with the Marketing team to create content for specific roles and highlight Kitt culture. Owning the careers site and job description tone of voice.
  • Supporting the annual review of both compensation and benefits.
  • Proactively seeking and monitoring market changes from candidates and your wider network to ensure Kitt stays competitive.
  • Providing support to the wider People Team when needed.

About you

  • You’re an established recruiter, with proven success in sourcing both active and passive candidates across commercial and tech.
  • You’re well versed in using ATSs (we use Workable) with experience balancing automation and a people first focus.
  • You’re looking for a hybrid position with the opportunity to grow into people, talent or a hybrid role long term.
  • You obsess over company culture and bring what you're doing back to values, proactively incorporating ways to make your company a great place to work.
  • Radically candid - you are able to construct specific and actionable feedback and deliver this to candidates and stakeholders at all levels, as well as coaching others to do the same.
  • You’re organised with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to prioritise in a busy and changing environment.
  • As a natural communicator building relationships comes easily to you
  • You’re ambitious and target driven, always looking to exceed expectations
  • You have an infectious enthusiasm and are able to inspire and motivate other members of the team
