About the Role
Do you have several years of experience managing a high-volume of high value and international donor contracts, accompanied by proposal and report writing within the humanitarian demining sector? If so, The HALO Trust has just the role for you in its expanding Ukraine Programme. As Head of Partnerships and Donor Management you will be managing a multimillion-dollar portfolio of grants from governmental and philanthropic donors focused on the urgent task of supporting Ukraine’s recovery with the removal of minefields and explosive hazards across the country. You will lead a growing and talented team of 10 international and local colleagues dedicated to generating new proposals, grant management and reporting and actively seeking new partners. The position is based in Brovary, with occasional travel to HALO locations in Ukraine, as well as collaborating with international partners, foreign Embassy staff and the members of the Government of Ukraine.
A member of the programme’s senior management team, you will report to the Programme Manager and work collaboratively with the heads of Operations, Finance, Service Support and Human Resources. You will also work closely with HALO’s Global Strategy Team in the United Kingdom, Europe, and Washington DC. The Partnerships Team in Ukraine has recently gone an exciting digital transformation, at scale and you will be working with new, customizable software to track and visualize our operations.
