Job Overview:
The Enterprise Solutions team serves global organizations, including leading companies, governments, and nonprofits, who seek to upskill or retrain their workforce with the world’s best education. This team is made up of three sub-teams: Sales, Customer Success, and Revenue Strategy & Operations. The teams operate globally and have members based out of our offices in Mountain View, New York, London, Gurgaon, and Abu Dhabi.
Responsibilities:
- Be a data-driven thought partner to sales, marketing and customer success leadership in the AMER region
- Perform high-impact quantitative and qualitative analyses to drive Coursera’s growth and improve our effectiveness and leverage across functions in the region
- Relentlessly focus on results, identify key areas of opportunity & growth and drive cross-functional alignment to action on solutions
- Design creative solutions to operational and strategic challenges by developing deep expertise about our processes, tools, and business strategy
- Develop go-to-market strategies, territory plans, financial plans and metrics dashboards that empower our team with data and actionable recommendations
Basic Qualifications:
- 3+ years experience at a strategy consulting firms and/or growth roles in tech startups
- Demonstrated ability to solve ambiguous problems through structured thinking
- Experience leading complex cross-functional projectsExperience working with senior executives and driving high-stakes decision-making processes
- Proficiency in heavy data analysis, manipulation and visualization with Excel and PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field
- Previous knowledge of SQL and/or programming languages
- A growth mindset and a proactive, can-do attitude
- Experience working in a growth startup or a B2B SaaS business, particularly Strategy & Operations roles
- Experience working in higher education or ed-tech industry

Compensation:
Our job titles may span more than one career level. The starting base pay for this role is between$75,000-148,000. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and location. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for bonus, equity, and benefits.
