Are you a marketing guru with a passion for sustainable (kids) fashion?

Do you love getting stuck in and thrive in fast paced, start up environments, where you have the freedom to shape not only the marketing strategy but the role itself?

thelittleloop is the UK’s leading kids clothing rental platform, offering customers access to the best quality, ethical and sustainable clothing. You might have seen our founder Charlotte Morley slaying on Dragon’s Den in 2022, achieving collaboration and investment from two of the Dragons, who now sit on the advisory board.

With thelittleloop we have created a better way to dress fast growing kids - borrow and swap at any time, it’s like a library for kids clothes! We’ve made it easy for parents to keep control of their budgets, their space and their time whilst doing the best for their kids and their future.

Having raised further investment, we’re now looking to grow our marketing team with this key role.

We’re looking for someone with fairly broad experience across digital and growth focused channels, including digital advertising; email CRM; paid social; website. They will have considerable autonomy working closely with the Founder and CMO, and alongside our brand and social team, to be the driving force behind creating a community of loyal and passionate parents and their children.

Key responsibilities:

  • Own digital acquisition channels (excl’ Organic Socials), working directly with the founder and CMO to develop strategy, objectives, and budget
  • Create and implement acquisition and activation campaigns, continually experimenting, A/B testing, launching and optimising across new, and existing, channels.
  • Funnel optimisation from acquisition (Paid/SEO), to activation (email / landing pages).
  • Ensure consistency of communication of key brand messages across campaigns and channels, learning what does and doesn’t work and feeding back to the core team.
  • Data analytics, insight gathering and reporting.
  • Manage marketing freelancers and/or performance agency as and when needed

Skills and Experience:

  • Demonstrate 4+ years experience in Performance Marketing roles.
  • Data Driven and results obsessed - all campaigns should be driven by key metrics
  • Tech literate. Fluent with ad tools (i.e.. Google Adwords, Facebook Ads Manager) and experimentation / analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Optimise, hotjar). At least some knowledge of CRM tools (mailchimp).
  • Website conversion optimization (CRO) knowhow including funnel optimization.

Experience and/or passion within the following areas is a bonus:

  • Consumer subscriptions
  • Sustainability
  • Fashion eCommerce
  • Early stage B2C startup

Benefits:

  • Join a startup with impact at its core
  • Flexible working hours and location
  • The energy and opportunity an early stage start up presents - you can really make this role your own, with the future possibility to grow and lead a team
  • 25 days holiday
