Role Summary
- Lead fundraising initiatives for clinic expansion.
- Set and implement the company’s vision, mission, and goals.

Founders Health (FH) is a new venture offering in-clinic longevity services. This is a unique opportunity for a CEO to lead and drive the business. FH is part of the Founders Forum Group.
1. Founders Health overview
Offering holistic longevity services to high-performers (founders, business leaders etc.). This service will be high-end, and therefore targeted at HNWI & UHNWI patients
Our aim is to:
- Offer a suite of services across longevity, anti-aging, age-testing, wellness, and biohacking
- Focus on biological age reduction, and making our patients more performant in their everyday life
- Take a science-based approach, with clinically-led, evidence-based, and leveraging the latest health tech developments
- Contract with a number of well-known longevity and anti-aging doctors & clinicians, to offer a multidisciplinary approach personalised for patient needs and expectations
We intend to open a number of clinics in various cities around the world, beginning with a flagship location in central London in 2024, to complement our existing clinic in Knightsbridge. We will raise £5m in early 2024 to finance the opening of our first clinics. Future growth will then be funded with free cash-flow.
2. Job description & responsibilities
As CEO, we envision our candidate as taking charge of:
- Leading fundraising efforts
- Setting organisational direction: developing and implementing the overall vision, mission, and goals of the company, and ensuring the company operates efficiently
- Leadership and management: providing guidance and direction to the rest of the leadership team, directors of clinics, and support staff. Setting the tone for the organisation's culture and values
- Financial management: developing and managing budgets, monitoring financial performance, and making strategic financial decisions to ensure the company's financial sustainability
- Board of directors collaboration: working closely with the board of directors, you will provide regular updates on the company's performance, seek their guidance, and collaborate on strategic decision-making. You may also assist in the selection and evaluation of board members.
- External representation: as the face of the organisation, you will often participate in public relations activities, industry conferences, and public speaking engagements. Representing the company's interests and helping to build its brand and reputation will be an essential part of your role.
- Operations: overseeing the work of our clinical facilities managers, developing operational workflow and processes, including onboarding HNWIs to our services, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will also be responsible for hiring and retaining a team
- Supporting our Director of Longevity in initiating, negotiating and managing the relationships with our Joint-Venture partners, and defining our white-glove service offering, as well as product offerings with JV partners

- You have early stage business experience (you have founded or been part of the founding team of a start-up)
- You have an ability to relate to healthcare professionals and understand medical terms
- You love challenges and solving complex problems
- You have a desire to constantly experiment with new technologies and tools to drive innovation and creativity
- You are a natural leader with an ability to formulate a strategy, translate it into actions and execute
- You are a natural wearer of many hats - you’ll do what it takes to get stuff done
- You are decisive in the face of limited information and thrive in uncertainty
- You are a strong communication skills and relationship builder - you’ll be building relationships with HNWIs and liaising with a board of directors
- You have had some exposure to the medical or longevity world (ideally building and launching med-tech / health-tech services or products)

4. Benefits:
We are happy to work with you to determine the optimal compensation & benefits package, and any subsequent changes would have to be approved by our board of directors
- Your base salary will be around the £100-120k mark (based on experience)
- We would offer you a significant minority stake in the Hold Co. The exact amount to be determined once a full leadership team has been appointed. This equity offering will take the form of stock options, with a 4 year vesting schedule & a 1 year cliff
- Bonus: uncapped bonus based on revenue performance, and subject to board approval.
- Health insurance, retirement plans and vacation and office setup are for the leadership team to determine and structure, subject to board approval
