The Opportunity

We’re looking for a skilled Salesforce Administrator to help us achieve real impact by building a long-term roadmap and strategy to optimise our use of Salesforce and delivering ongoing improvements and enhancements to the system.

This role is ideally based from RSA House in London for at least three days per week, with hybrid flexibility for the remaining days.

About You

What we look for in a successful Salesforce Administrator candidate:

  • Extensive knowledge of Salesforce and the ability to proactively identify improvements and deliver their implementation.
  • Previous Salesforce Admin experience, and the ability to build a long-term roadmap for Salesforce developments.
  • Strong written and verbal communication tools with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely, including about technical developments to non-specialists.
  • Good organisational skills; ability to oversee multiple projects, manage an inflow of case work, prioritise resources where necessary and work on own initiative to deadlines.
