This senior position will be overseeing CASS and Trust across the business. This will be structured as a fourteen month fixed-term contract. You will not only be integral overseeing the day to day CASS and Trust operations, but will also be instrumental in ensuring we maintain the highest levels of governance; leading management committee meetings, overseeing the CASS audit, drafting key policies and memorandums, assessing new and existing counterparties and products, and producing key information for senior management.

What you'll do

You will work directly with our Finance Director, Risk & Compliance Director, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Platform Officer. This role will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

Helping to set the strategic direction for our CASS compliance within our brilliant CASS team and across the wider business Presenting CASS topics to key stakeholders at the CASS & Trust Committee Leading engagement with key stakeholders, including internal and external audit, to aid in their review of CASS processes Working across the business to aid in the identification, investigation and resolution of CASS breaches Coaching members of the CASS team and wider business on the CASS requirements and what they mean in practice Coordinating the collation of management information  Working closely with our Treasury function on the assessment and onboarding of new banks Oversight of the maintenance of key CASS documents such as the CASS Resolution Pack and Risk Framework Oversight of the compliance of key processes such as our CASS reconciliations Implementing new CASS processes and building controls  Reviewing and submitting CASS regulatory returns

Who you are

Comfortable working independently but also an experienced people manager who thrives working in a team environment A driven, ambitious individual who’s looking to build their career at an exciting fast-growing company A strong attention to detail who is able to see issues through to resolution  Excited about being part of a fast-growing company that’s trying to make a positive mark on the world 

Experience and skills

A relevant qualification such as an accounting qualification or CISI certificate  A minimum of five years experience within a CASS role, preferably in audit or at the FCA Experience managing others Exceptional CASS technical knowledge, ideally with experience in CASS 6, 7 and 8 Confident in communicating and presenting to senior management
