  • Identify user pain-points and opportunity areas from a design perspective and champion them through to realisation for our customers
  • Be a leader and key voice for User Research around the business - including the creation, running and sharing of insight on our customers and their needs
  • Set the design vision, strategy and roadmap for our digital products - aligning this closely with both our company OKRs and the wider Digital Product roadmap
  • Constantly drive innovation in design processes and methodologies within Papier - importantly also to bring the team along on this journey

  • Have experience leading Digital Product projects in an agile environment
  • Have worked in close collaboration with wider Product teams, leading on Design voice within end-to-end projects
  • Are a great communicator, and are comfortable collaborating with and representing Digital Product Design with stakeholders across the business
