The Company

DRTY Drinks Ltd. is an alcoholic drinks company specialising in brand creation, import, distribution and marketing in the UK. We're a supplier of the UK's Major retailers, festivals, bars and wholesalers and represent a portfolio of exciting drinks brands.

The company was founded in 2019 with the creation of DRTY Vodka Seltzer, now one of the UK’s fastest growing RTD brands. In 2021, Galipette – a premium French cider, joined the family and has since grown UK volumes 10x. In 2023, Berlin based craft brewery – BRLO, appointed DRTY Drinks as their UK distribution partner.

Overview

As an Operations Executive you will be responsible for keeping the DRTY machine running! You will oversee the end supply chain of DRTY Drinks Ltd. This involves all aspects of early-stage procurement, production and delivery of goods to our domestic and export customers. You will own the relationships with many of our key suppliers, 3rd party contractors and logistics providers. You will be responsible for all day-to-day supply operations as well as supporting on long-term strategic projects related to improving our supply-chain.

Not for the faint hearted, we have some big competition! But if you’re someone that wants to be part of a small team with ambitions way above their stature – this is the role for you. We’re a start up, so there will always be an element of chaos and you’ll need to embrace and be comfortable with this.

Responsibilities

1. Manage the day-to-day operations. This includes working with our customers and logistics providers receiving orders and fulfilling orders.

2. Driving down costs. Considering all aspects of procurement, production and logistics and making changes to reduce costs and drive efficiency.

3. New products. We have ambitions to grow our business through new products and formats. This will require you to strategically scope out the most efficient supply-chain and bring these new products and formats to life.

The Person

A self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset. This is an operations role where being all over the details, being responsive and solving problems quickly is key. The right person will be able to take initiative and keep the DRTY machine running with autonomy. Someone who is open minded with an appetite to learn and willingness to embrace feedback.

Requirements

Experience in operations / food & drink is preferred but not essential

Our office is opposite Oval station, in South London. The full team works from here every Monday and the rest of the week you have the option to work remotely
