We’re looking for a Head of Growth Marketing to join our Marketing & Growth team to drive the success of our company by developing and leading strategic initiatives to maximise opportunities for growth.

About the role

DICE has seen explosive growth since launching in 2014. After significant investment in our marketing function, we are now hiring for the newly created position of Head of Growth Marketing to take us to the next level. This is an influential role which will be critical in driving the success of the company. Reporting to the VP Growth & Lifecycle Marketing you will develop and manage comprehensive growth strategies to maximise customer acquisition, increase market penetration and drive LTV.

You’ll be

  • Creating and implementing a holistic data-driven business growth strategy to maximise lead generation, new customer acquisition, drive retention and identify new market opportunities, revenue streams, and areas for expansion
  • Continuously evaluating and adjusting initiatives to achieve scalable and sustainable growth
  • Setting goals and milestones for growth teams and work closely with the Data Analytics and Data Science teams on evolving all growth-related analytics, insights, reporting and dashboarding
  • Building and leading a high-performing growth team, providing clear direction, coaching, and mentorship to team members. Fostering a culture of experimentation and innovation as part of the wider Marketing & Growth org
  • Working alongside the CRM Team on designing and implementing segment-based audience strategies and user journeys
  • Ensuring all growth practices adhere to industry regulations and ethical standards
  • Implementing a culture of agile principles, aligned with performance targets to enable high growth in key segments across priority markets, globally

You’ll need

  • At least 7 years experience leading growth at brand either experiencing high-growth or during transformation.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading global growth initiatives for a multi-SKU business across organic channels, paid marketing, social media, affiliates, partnerships, PR and CRM (exposure to both D2C and B2B businesses is a plus).
  • Experience with designing demand and lead generation strategies in partnership with consumer marketing functions.
  • Solid understanding of the fundamentals of multi-channel marketing: marketing effectiveness / ROAS, payback model, customer segmentation, incrementally, retention, attribution, etc.
  • Seasoned at managing P&A documentation and comfortable working within excel.
  • Ability to partner closely with FP&A teams to drive forecasting and revenue targets for leaders within Marketing and Growth org.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision-making, incl. testing and optimization.
  • Experience with analytics and intelligence tools such as Looker, Amplitude or SimilarWeb.
  • A passion for disruption and the ability to think outside the box.
  • Experience collaborating transversally, cross-functionally, and up and down the organisation.

Compensation and benefits:

In compliance with New York Pay Transparency Law, the salary range for this position is $145,000 to $160,000. We note the salary information as a general guideline only, as actual compensation may vary from posting based on location. We will consider various factors to determine the offer for this role, including the scope and responsibilities of the position, relevant work experience, key skills, education, training and business considerations.
