We are looking for an enthusiastic Performance Marketing Manager for Paid Social to join our team on a 12 month fixed term contract, and help us achieve our mission to inspire people to connect with each other in more meaningful ways.

In this role, you will be primarily in charge of the day-to-day management and optimisation of our Paid Social activity across Meta & TikTok. You will also be responsible for owning the end to end creative process, from ideation and planning, to briefing, testing & analysis, with support from the performance marketing executive.

Responsibilities:

Day-to-day, you will:

  • Lead on the day-to-day management, campaign planning & ad builds for our Paid Social channels
  • Support with analysing and reporting on campaign performance and ensure monthly acquisition KPIs are achieved
  • Take the lead on ongoing creative and copy processes, including briefing, regular reporting and sharing of insights 
  • Manage and drive the development of a direct report, the team's Performance Marketing Executive
  • Lead on brainstorming new audience and creative ideas with a growth mindset, and managing through to execution
  • Run and implement feed-based ads with team support using 3rd party tool 
  • Support with strategy and cross-functional projects to drive growth
  • Work collaboratively with key internal stakeholders to ensure that all activity is both on brand and commercially successful
  • Communicate learnings & feedback internally to share insights cross-functionally whilst adopting a test, learn, iterate mindset
  • Make data-driven decisions using our internal attribution model and performance metrics in response to trading conditions 
  • Work collaboratively with external partners including platform experts and agencies to drive success

Requirements

  • Have at least 3-4 years’ experience with Paid Social marketing
  • Comprehensive experience with Meta Ads Manager & TikTok Ads Manager 
  • Are super organised, and are able to multitask, meet deadlines and pivot quickly
  • Are highly analytical with strong excel skills, while also being able to be creative 
  • Are an excellent communicator and relationship builder 
  • Are motivated, and like to use your initiative 
  • Enjoy coaching and developing others, and can bring out the best in a direct report
  • Enjoy being a team player
  • Are a forward-thinker with ability to proactively drive projects and ideas into execution
