The role of Product Operations Lead:
The Product Operations Lead at Glean will report directly to the Head of Product. This role is essential for driving our growth smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate should be deeply committed to data-driven decision-making and enthusiastic about incorporating feedback for continuous improvement. A key focus will be on optimising processes to enhance the operational efficiency of our product and technology teams. Your passion and expertise will be instrumental in maximising the value of our work, benefiting our end users, customers and keeping Gleansters happy.
What you’ll be doing:
Tools: Manage the product & UX tech stack, establish internal best practices, and ensure team members are using tools effectively.
Data: Work closely with Data on effective collection, organisation, and visualisation of quantitative data to support product decision-making. Ensure product leadership has access to relevant data to support reporting and strategy. Ensure squads can easily access data which supports their goals, and measure progress against metrics.
Insights & research: Remove barriers to Product Managers, UX Designers, and Product Marketers getting insights, setting up processes and tools to collect, store and manage insights.
Feedback loop management: Creating and optimising a robust feedback ecosystem to ensure it’s being considered and acted on when appropriate. We want to measure the impact of changes made on the back of feedback and let users know they are being heard.
Experimentation: Help establish alpha-beta testing framework and support our squads in organising and leveraging experimentation.
Cross-functional collaboration: Help foster cross-team collaboration and alignment; and bridge communication gaps from product delivery to the rest of the company. Proactively manage and align stakeholders expectations to prevent misunderstanding. Tailoring communication to different audiences effectively.
