Role Summary
- Direct customer engagement for personalized order facilitation via our B2B portal.
- Collaborative team liaison for new sales orders and customer service resolutions.
- Management of order updates, shipment tracking, and customer feedback.
- Accurate sales forecasting, reporting, and pipeline management using CRM Hubspot.
- Attainment of monthly sales quotas and strategic account growth.
- Coordination of trade show participation, marketing materials distribution, and new account research.
- Operational oversight on shipment issues and order status communication.
Role Requirements
- Demonstrable experience in achieving B2B sales growth.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Strong business acumen and relationship-building proficiency.
- Proficiency in CRM software, ideally Hubspot, and multimedia communication.
- 2-4 years of relevant B2B sales experience within the Eastern Standard Time Zone.
- Preferred experience with trade shows.

Papier, the stationery start up disrupting the industry with its eclectic emporium of stationery and desk products that invite curiosity and contemplation, is looking for a talented, passionate & results-driven Wholesale Executive to join our wholesale team and accelerate our brand traction in the UK.Â
The B2B Sales channel at Papier is growing quickly. We offer premium custom branded notebooks, journals, and planners to clients in a variety of industries internationally. Our ambition is to continue expanding with direct clients, corporate sales agencies/distributors as well as strategic brand partnerships. This opportunity is perfect for an ambitious sales professional looking to grow and build a high potential channel from early days to significant annual revenue.
Areas of Responsibility:
Order Management
- Work directly with customers to help them create their perfect personalized items and easily place orders through our B2B portal.
- Liaise cross-functionally with all relevant teams on new sale orders
- Manage customer service-related issues including order issues, account/item maintenance and pricing, deliveries, returns, and complaints
- Keep customers up to date with order and shipment updates
- Gather customer feedback and suggest improvements internally
Forecasts and Reporting
- Maintain and share reports on pipeline of orders and new customer leads utilizing our CRM Hubspot
- Provide weekly and monthly updates on sales performance
- Partner with Sales Director on monthly sales forecasts
- Maintain an accurate view of ATS stock
Account Management
- Meet or exceed monthly quota and achieve year over year growth.
- Own all B2B inbound emails and inquires
- Oversee specialty trade show prep and travel to shows to assist with set up and account appointments
- Circulate marketing materials to accountsÂ
- Manage newsletters and ATS âhot listsâ
- Research new account opportunitiesÂ
Operations
- Follow-up on issues and discrepancies with shipments
- Monitor status of all open orders to ensure timely delivery and provides customer service regarding order status and logistics issues
- Read through and inform cross-functional team of each accounts shipping, packing and labeling requirementsÂ
General
- Own maintaining and briefing marketing assetsÂ
- Assist the sales organization by executing day-to-day administrative tasks.
- Perform competitive analysis and market analysis, feeding back to relevant teams
Requirements
- Meet or exceed monthly quota and achieve tear over year growth of assigned accounts
- Bachelor's degree in related field (business, marketing, communications); experience considered in lieu of degree
- Business acumen : Ability to influence decision makers and build relationships
- Computer skills and experience with CRM (ideally Hubspot)
- Multimedia skills to reach large groups, including phone, video and in-person presentations
- Engaging and effective business writing ability
- Strong relationship building skills
- 2-4 years of experience relating to B2B sales (agency, disturber, or brand)
- Must be located within the Eastern Standard Time Zone
- Tradeshow experience preferred
