Location: Exeter - Full-time or Part-time

Term: Permanent, full-time (40 hours per week)

Salary: Up to £50k depending on experience, plus generous company benefits

About the Role:

Firstly, internally we call the role a People Partner, because we like to think of people as people rather than resources, but we also recognise that using HR Business Partner in our ad will help us to reach the right people!

This isn't your ordinary HR role; we are looking for someone exceptional, for someone who is passionate, values-led, and thrives in an ambiguous, fast-paced, energetic environment. Our focus is not on governance and compliance - it's about fostering a culture of excellence, continuous improvement, and unleashing the full potential of our talented team.

We are based in the vibrant city of Exeter, and whilst we provide flexibility, allowing you to balance your professional and personal commitments without compromising on your dedication to the cause, we believe that being truly available for our people means having team coverage in the office across the working week. However, as our office really is exceptional, (the people, environment, culture,, not to mention the complimentary wholesome, organic food cooked on-site), we believe that you’ll want to spend your working time there anyway!
