Role Requirements
- At least 5 years of proven social media expertise.
- Proficient with various social media platforms, including YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- A keen eye for content and design, with the ability to maintain brand identity.
- Skills in copywriting, photo and video editing, and creating platform-native content.
- Independent, proactive, and adaptable in a dynamic environment.
- Goal-oriented, with experience managing KPIs and meeting deadlines.
- Strong communication and project management capabilities.

You’ll be responsible for further developing our brand presence across multiple social media platforms. You’ll manage authentic, highly-engaging campaigns that delight our community, creating emotional connections and delivering results.
You’ll increase engagement for existing audiences with high-quality social initiatives, while acquiring new followers with consistently on-target reach.
Responsibilities:
- Develop social media strategies that increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Analyse social media channel performance, define opportunities and execute quickly and efficiently.
- Achieve measurable success across channels. Set objectives, KPIs and show Return on Investment.
- Work closely with others in the Brand & Marketing team to plan and develop compelling social media campaigns that support the brand strategy.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends, developments and opportunities on social media that aligns with the brand.
- Share engaging content at the right time with the right people.
- Foster continued growth on our social media channels in authentic and meaningful ways.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Minimum 5 years demonstrable social media experience.
- Extensive knowledge of a variety of current social media platforms and tools. YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and more.
- An eye for excellent content & design, understanding brand nuances like tone, personality and visual identity.
- Able to write good copy, edit photos and video and create social native content.
- Self-sufficient executor with a can-do attitude in a challenging and evolving environment.
- Comfortable working to targets, managing KPIs and delivering to deadlines.
- Great communication and project management skills.
