We are looking for an experienced social impact consultant to lead on a number of our global mental health social impact advisory accounts and supervise our UK based social impact consulting team.

Prospira Global has established itself as a leading global boutique advisory and intelligence firm committed to accelerating effective private sector investments and action on mental health. As we enter our third full year of operations we are now seeking to hire our core staff to lead through our next three year strategy, to establish our team and core operations.
The Role:
This role includes the following responsibilities;
1. Client Delivery:
- Accountability for the full and successful delivery of a number of global brand clients and social impact projects
- Overseeing the successful delivery of client accounts, ensuring our teams operate effectively and efficiently delivering world class consulting advice and support
- Monitoring and overseeing all aspects of client accounts to ensure deliverables are met and client expectations are exceeded
- Collaborating with various teams within the organization to coordinate work for clients, acting as the liaison between the client and internal stakeholders to ensure projects are executed smoothly and on time.
2. Building and managing a team and network of consultants to deliver client needs
- Play an active role in the management team, developing advisory strategy and management processes and practices as our work grows
- Manage a small but growing UK based Social Impact advisory team in line with Prospira Global policies and practices to promote good mental health and wellbeing, alongside delivering high quality work to our clients
- Providing guidance, support, and training to ensure your team’s success
3. Business development
- Lead on a number of sales opportunities including developing customized scopes and proposals for new and existing clients to meet team targets.
4. Reporting & Analysis
- Tracking and analyzing key performance indicators to evaluate the success of projects and team performance
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
- Substantial experience in corporate social responsibility and/or philanthropy, working within a major global corporation and/or as in advisory capacity
- Strong working knowledge of communications and marketing practices
- Significant senior account management experience (min 5 years) for or with global companies
- Strong working knowledge, and/or demonstrated personal interest in the latest mental health solutions and challenges within the private sector
- Demonstrated strategy development experience, working with executive of large corporations
- Minimum 3 years experience within a reputable management consulting firm or relevant agency
- Minimum 2 years experience in managing staff, as well as team advisory work
- Successful business development experience for global brand clients
- Demonstrated strong project management experience, working across multiple organisation departments
- Strong experience in developing and delivering project scopes plans, materials, events and projects
- Strong working knowledge of large corporations, especially decision making and mobilisation of corporate responsibility and/or workplace HR initiatives and communications
- Global work experience across a range of countries and cultures
- A strong understanding of, and passion for improving, global mental health, through private sector action
- Outstanding communication and influencing skills
- An entrepreneurial and enterprising approach to work
- A “doer”- ability to anticipate requirements and act to provide workable solutions with limited budget
- Team Player: working collaboratively and flexibly to achieve outcomes and is keen to add value to the organisation’s culture and ethos
- International travel as required (1-2 times / year)
Our ideal candidate would also have:
- MBA or equivalent relevant business qualification
- Mental health training and experience
- Experience of working in a small, entrepreneurial team
- Personal network of relevant global mental health experts
- Thought leadership examples, when it comes to private sector solutions for mental health
