Community Marketing Executive

We are seeking a creative and energetic Community Marketing Executive to play a pivotal role in our marketing team. This exciting position is integral to the growth of our vibrant brand and involves a unique blend of community engagement, brand ambassadorship, and creative campaign management, with a strong emphasis on driving commercial outcomes through affiliate and ambassador programs while leveraging data insights.

What you will be doing:

Affiliate Programme Management:

• Oversee the end-to-end process of our affiliate programme, from outreach and onboarding to monitoring posts and managing rewards.
• Manage affiliate commission payments through PayPal and produce tracking reports.
• Track sales performance, ensuring top performers are duly recognised and rewarded.
• Act as the custodian of the Free Soul brand, ensuring all affiliate content aligns with brand guidelines and principles.
• Moderate other affiliate content, such as blogs.

Relationship Ownership:

• Manage the Free Soul community, including scouting new creators, ensuring post schedules, tracking and reporting sales data, and coordinating live sessions and campaigns.
• Assist in new product launches.

Content Creation & Curation:

• Collaborate with our creative team to develop content ideas and briefs.
• Source user-generated content for brand use.

Brand Partnerships & Communication:

• Forge and maintain relationships with brand affiliates, lifestyle partners, and creators.
• Be the go-to person for affiliate communications, including email administration and meeting coordination.

Order Processing & Event Coordination:

• Handle order processing for sampling events and brand requests.
• Assist in planning and executing one community brand event per month alongside larger events like our “Hot Girl Walk.”

What we are looking for:

• Previous experience managing UK or US affiliate programme.
• Proficiency in spreadsheet management, data analysis, and the ability to use data to make informed decisions.
• The ability to multitask and deliver on KPIs and revenue targets.
• Experience using Canva (or similar).
• Strong administration and organisational skills.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with a passion for people.
