What will you be doing?

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to enhance Construction and Engineering Opportunities' (CEO) online presence and engagement. Create engaging content for various social media platforms (such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) to raise awareness about CEO's mission, programs, and impact. Manage and maintain CEO's social media accounts, including scheduling posts, responding to comments, and monitoring analytics. Collaborate with the CEO team to align social media efforts with organizational goals and initiatives. Utilize social media advertising and marketing techniques to reach target audiences and increase follower engagement. Monitor industry trends and best practices in social media management to continuously improve CEO's online presence and effectiveness.

Key Deliverable:

Increased brand visibility and engagement across social media platforms, resulting in expanded reach and impact of CEO's programs and initiatives.

Collaboration:

The Social Media Strategist will work closely with CEO's leadership team to ensure alignment with organizational goals and priorities. Collaboration with the Company Director will be necessary to gather content for sharing updates and coordinated campaigns.

Flexibility:

While the core responsibilities of the Social Media Strategist role are outlined above, there is flexibility for the volunteer to propose and implement additional strategies or initiatives that align with CEO's mission and objectives. CEO encourages creativity and innovation in social media management, and the volunteer will have the opportunity to contribute ideas and suggestions to further enhance our online presence.
