What will you be doing?
The role will encompass supporting our General Manager with streamlining the recruitment process and ensuring our procedure is legally compliant and the best practice. Additionally we seek support for our Management Committee reviewing HR policy, contracts and pay structures. We are a small - medium charity with 3 contracted employees and circa 9 sessional employees. We recruit staff 3 - 4 times per year depending on need. #LI-Remote
